What is WIDI K.O.II?
WIDI K.O.II is the virtual MIDI cable for your
teenage engineering EP-133 (K.O. II) & EP-1320 (medieval)
Now you can connect all your MIDI devices - without cables - even without computers - with MIDI over Bluetooth!
Enjoy ultra-low 3ms latency and secure connectivity via Adaptive Frequency Hopping.

Smart Connectivity Algorithms
Latency is not an issue with WIDI.
WIDI distinguishes itself from any other Bluetooth MIDI technology available through its unique SCA technology.
SCA is a collection of highly effective algorithms that optimize performance and minimize interference.
Latency is reduced to an inaudible 3ms as measured between 2 WIDI devices.
MIDI transmits data at a standard rate of 31.25 kbps via cable. WIDI products go up to 400 kbps.

Plug, pair & play
Transmit and receive Bluetooth MIDI via the TRS MIDI ports of your K.O.II and medieval

Custom-fit for TE EP-series

What industry leaders say about us
We at teenage engineering are super happy that CME chose to make this super-useful accessory for the K.O.II. I've known the team behind CME for 16 years, so it was about time this happened. the EP-series WIDI will open up lots of fun use-cases in the studio as well as on the campsite.

DAVID ERIKSSON
Head of hardware teenage engineering
I was lucky enough to be able to start working with a pair of prototype WIDI adapters from CME. They worked flawlessly and transparently. For example, I immediately had our flagship synthesizer, the Moog ONE, controlling and being controlled by our older MIDI instruments and vintage MIDI controllers.

CYRIL LANCE
Former CTO MOOG Music
CME WIDI is the first Bluetooth MIDI adapter that can perform as both a “peripheral” or “central” device, allowing fast, low-latency, and stable point-to-point wireless connections between any two devices.

TOM WHITE
Former President of MMA
I (Roger) have tested WIDI and found it to be well-designed, fast, easy to use and low-cost. Interestingly, CME have figured out how to get the latency down to as low as 3 ms, which is quite an accomplishment. In my test playing 3-note chords and melody with 3D MPE expression, I didn't perceive any added latency or delays normally associated with Bluetooth.
