Who are your shippers?
We are using Easyship as our delivery partner.The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the forwarder you choose, the products you order and the destination.
We only work with premium forwarders who are known for going the extra mile, especially in the last mile. In this way we ensure delivery of every international order.
When you select your preferred forwarding partner, the system also provides an estimate cost for import, VAT and other local regulations.
We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes, Packstations, hotels, motels, APO, DPO and FPO addresses.
If your country is not listed and you're unsure if we ship to where you live, please contact us at shipment(at)cme-pro.com for assistance prior to placing an order.
When can I receive the purchase item?
You should receive your purchased item between within the time frame suggested when you select your forwarding method. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 days to prepare your shipment and activate the pick-up at our warehouse in Hong Kong.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order leaves our facilities and is with our delivery partner, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
Your mail provider may filter such email correspondences to a separate folder, or have it moved to the Spam folder by default. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shipment(at)cme-pro.com for assistance.
How can I reschedule my delivery, or change the delivery address?
Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partner or its agent, we are unable to make any changes on your behalf. Please contact Easyship customer service at support(at)easyship.com.
In the event that the Shipment has already been handled over to any shipping company, courier, or mail service (“Courier“), such changes may not become effective, or the Courier may ask a fee to validate the change.
Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?
Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.
The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country.
We will not be able to tell you the cost as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. CME is not liable for these charges. We would advise that you check your local import tax regulations before ordering.
Can you ship to more than one address in a single order?
One order can only be delivered to one address at the moment. We recommend splitting your purchase by placing separate orders if you need it to be delivered to multiple addresses.

What's your warranty policy?
Our warranty policy commences from the order date and most products have a limited warranty period of 12 months. Please refer to the information provided in the product packaging for the exact warranty period.
What's your return policy?
Orders placed are not eligible for returns pertaining to a change of mind. If you find that there's a problem with your order (e.g. defective, wrong or missing products), please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of your order for a replacement.It is your responsibility to take care of the CME product in your possession. It must be in its original condition and we will reject any return item that is damaged.
We are also unable to provide refunds for products purchased from our retailers. Please contact them directly to enquire on your refund options.
How do I return my defective product to you?
